Terms of Use

The account holder must be an adult parent or legal guardian. Children play inside a profile created by that adult.

The parent is responsible for supervising play, for the PIN that protects the parent area, and for any purchase made from the account.

Guided educational adventures, mini-games, a colour laboratory, a museum of the child's work and a passport of collected village pins.

Sections marked Coming Soon are not available yet and give no release date.

Some adventures ask for a real-world craft step and an uploaded photo; our team reviews it before the reward is granted.

The app loads the game and streams its videos, so it needs an internet connection. Progress made while offline is queued on the device and sent when the connection returns.

Physical MyRugy Kit purchases made on myrugy.ma are governed by MyRugy's published Conditions Générales de Vente for customers in Morocco. Payment links open outside the game and are protected by the parent PIN.

Those published CGV and the homepage FAQ say prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), tax-inclusive; payment is cash on delivery; delivery is 24–72 hours in the main Moroccan cities; shipping is free for orders of 2 or more Kits; a single Kit has a 49 MAD delivery fee; any fees are shown at checkout; an unopened Kit may be returned within 7 days after receipt by contacting WhatsApp; returns must be in the original packaging and perfect condition; opened, used or personalised Kits are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee.

Wool Club subscriptions and paid digital access follow their own rule: they can be cancelled at any time, cancelling stops any future renewal, and the period already paid is not refunded. The physical-Kit delivery and return terms above do not apply to them.

Do not upload content that is not your own craft work, and do not attempt to break, copy or resell the app.

Artwork, photographs, video, text and characters (Lina, Adam and Loulou) belong to the publisher and may not be reused without permission.

A parent may stop using the app at any time and delete the family account from the parent area under Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

The app is educational and provided as is; craft activities involving tools or heat are the responsibility of the supervising adult.

Physical MyRugy Kit sales under the published CGV are subject to Moroccan law and the competent courts of Marrakech.

The same Moroccan law and the competent courts of Marrakech also apply to the MyRugy Kids app, to digital access and to Wool Club subscriptions.
